"We set our Post 16 timetable up in SIMS slightly differently which includes students having Directed Study sessions. To put this into SIMS we firstly add the appropriate Directed Study class e.g., 13A/Ds1, this is done by choosing that class from the block of classes in the 'schemes' tab of the 'student curriculum' screen. We then add 5 Directed Study sessions onto the timetable before clicking into the timetable tab of the student curriculum, clicking in the session I want removing from the timetable and unticking the session. This removes the session from the students timetable in SIMS.
However, when this is shown on Milk all 5 sessions seem to come up - any ideas???"
In the above example, it is not possible to do this in Milk because its timetables are generated based on groups. Another reason is Milk can only handle single lessons per period.
