We often receive reports of this issue from parents around the start of a new school year, typically when a younger child joins their older sibling at the same school and the parent suddenly realises they cannot view both of their children using their existing Milk account.
This is usually down to a duplicate profile or two students not being inked as siblings in SIMS (School Information Management System).

We recommend you check that all family relationships are properly indicated in SIMS and ensure there no duplicate profiles. Any corrections made in SIMS will then be reflected in Milk after the next overnight sync. If none of these seem to apply and the problem persists, please log a support ticket with email@example.com
