Students can submit completed homework by clicking on the upload icon at the top of their homework task page in the Milk portal.
- Save your homework in a single file e.g., Word or Powerpoint file. Milk supports most file types, including movie files, under 250MB.
- If you want to replace or update your homework file after it has been uploaded, simply select the file and upload it again. You can do this as many times you like until your teacher has reviewed/downloaded your file; if your teacher has already downloaded your file, it can no longer be changed.
- Homework with feedback is listed under 'Homework feedback' tab in your homework inbox.
- Your teacher will review your submitted homework piece, but may ask you to "Attempt again" if they are not satisfied with your work and believe you can do it better on a next attempt.
Please note, homework submission is currently only available through Milk web portal.
Q: My homework is written on paper, how do I submit it using Milk?
A: Firstly, we recommend you get advice from your teacher about whether they want the work completed using an office application like Microsoft Word. Secondly, you can take a photo of your work using your phone, then transfer it to a desktop PC or laptop to upload in the web portal. Please be mindful of the current 250MB limit when attaching image files.
Milk app is now under development to enable homework submission, including the ability to upload photos of your work taken on your Smartphone.
